Per-folder permissions
Seven permissions switch on and off one by one: may upload but not delete, may download but not share. Folder-level exceptions are allowed, and even the upload size can be capped.

Corporate file management that runs in the browser
What it does
Where are your company’s files today? Some on a desktop, some in a chat, some in an email attachment nobody can find. File Fabrika gathers them in one place and puts an administrator in charge of who reaches what. Nothing to install — it opens in the browser, from anywhere.

Storage of your choosing
Your own server, S3-compatible storage, OneDrive or Google Drive. The same interface sits in front of all of them; the user never needs to know which one is running behind it.
Controlled sharing
A link sent outside can carry a password, an expiry and a download limit. Every link issued is listed — how many times it was downloaded, whether it is still open — and one click revokes it.
Versions and trash
When a file is uploaded again the previous one is not lost; you can return to any point. A deleted file does not simply vanish either: it waits in the trash and can be restored until its period runs out.
Three kinds of search
By file name, by the text inside the file, and by meaning. You do not have to remember what the thing was called.
Audit log and sessions
Who did what stays visible. A user can see which devices are signed in and sign them all out at once, and two-factor authentication can be made mandatory.
White label
Name, logo, icon and colour follow the company. The product looks like the customer’s own.
Four languages, full RTL
Turkish, English, German and Arabic. In Arabic the whole interface turns right to left, so a team spread across countries each works in their own language.

Platform administrator
Opens companies, sets plans and branding, and handles incoming requests from a single panel.
Company administrator
Creates their own users, distributes permissions, and manages storage and integrations.
User
Works in the two-pane interface: drag-and-drop upload, preview, share — as far as their permissions allow.
