What it does
Download it, install it, open it. The data is not in a cloud: it sits in an embedded database inside the application, on your own machine, and no internet connection is needed to open it. Tickets, the daily plan, projects, messaging and reporting run in one flow — no switching between tools.
What’s inside
Tickets and the daily plan
Incoming work lands as a ticket, and the day is planned so that routine work and interrupting work stay visibly apart. At the end of the day what was planned and what happened are still two separate things.
Projects
A kanban board, milestones and cross-company teams. One person can work on projects belonging to more than one company.
Messages
Files and voice messages in the same thread. With AI enabled, a long conversation can be summarised.
Multi-company
Companies, departments and staff in one application. Each company’s data stays its own, while a team can serve several of them.
Reports and backup
Workload and progress reports are produced inside the application. Taking a backup and restoring it happen in the same place, without reaching out to a service.
AI: cloud or local
It runs if you enter your Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key; if you do not, the application stays entirely offline. Ollama is supported for local models.
Desktop, web and mobile
It installs as a macOS application, and the same application also runs in the browser and in an iPhone/iPad shell.
Who does what
Super admin
Opens companies, manages system settings and integrations, and takes the backup.
Company administrator
Sets up departments and staff, and runs the ticket flow and project boards.
Team member
Plans their day, works their tickets, and talks to the team in the same flow.
