Sending a demo, presentation, project or contact request through the website does not automatically create a contractual relationship with Tech Fabrika.

Requests received are assessed by Tech Fabrika.

Tech Fabrika reserves the right to:

• schedule a conversation,
• route the request to the relevant team,
• decline the request.

Where necessary for a service or project relationship to begin, a separate quotation, order form, service agreement or similar written agreement is drawn up.

6. Job Applications

Applications made through the Tech Fabrika careers page are for assessment purposes only.

Making an application does not mean:

• a guaranteed interview,
• a job offer,
• guaranteed employment,
• entitlement to a particular position.

Tech Fabrika reserves the right to change, suspend or end its recruitment processes and open positions as its needs require.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights in the following, as they appear on the website, belong to Tech Fabrika or to the relevant rights holder:

• content collection tools.

Normal indexing activity by search engines falls outside this restriction.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Fabrika cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from:

22. Governing Law and Disputes

The law applicable to disputes arising from these Terms of Use, and the competent courts, will be determined according to the Tech Fabrika legal entity that is party to the contract and the nature of the transaction concerned.

For services provided through the Tech Fabrika legal entity established in Türkiye, Turkish law may apply, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.

For European operations, the relevant local and European Union legislation may also apply.

The rights of individual consumers arising from mandatory legislation are not limited by this provision.
