Support and Forecasting Modules

Technical Problem

Decision-makers lose time picking strategic choices out of large piles of data, and the analysis stays stuck in what already happened.

Architectural solution

We combine classical machine learning (time series, tree-based models) with large language models in a hybrid structure. We build supplier risk scoring for procurement, customer churn prediction for marketing and stock optimisation for operations. The AI turns these complex statistical analyses into analytical reports that managers can question in plain language.

Operational outcome

Autonomous, data-driven decision mechanisms, and operational efficiency raised by spotting future risks and opportunities before they arrive.

Starting Conditions

This service is needed when decisions are made by looking at past data and the question "what happens next quarter" is answered by guessing. What has to be on your side is enough history — at least a few cycles of records, so a seasonal pattern can be seen at all — and consistency in those records. A table whose field meaning changed six months ago is, to a model, six months of data.

How We Work

First we write down which decision is being supported: not "a forecasting model" but which decision, at what moment, made by whom. Then a simple baseline is built — repeating last period, for instance. A complex model is only meaningful if it beats that baseline, and often it does not; seeing this early saves months. Output is delivered as a range with a confidence, never as a single number.

Out of Scope

The model does not decide, it produces input for a decision; responsibility stays with the decision-maker and the interface is designed so that this is not hidden. We also do not take on data collection: where history is missing there is nothing for a model to invent, and the recording discipline has to come first. And we do not hand over a one-off forecast — a model decays, and unless it is monitored it should not be trusted.
