What you will do
- Analyze the current operations of client companies
- Identify AI use cases
- Run AI opportunity assessment engagements
- Prepare AI adoption roadmaps
- Manage Proof of Concept and pilot projects
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business teams
- Establish AI usage policies and governance processes
- Prepare user training and adoption programs
- Manage the rollout of pilots into real operations
- Measure the impact and ROI of AI projects
