We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build the core architecture behind the AI-based products, agent systems and enterprise AI solutions Tech Fabrika develops. In this role you will not just build applications that call model APIs; you will develop reliable, scalable AI systems that run inside real business processes.
What you will do
- Design the architecture of LLM-based products and systems
- Build AI agent and multi-agent systems
- Create RAG and enterprise knowledge systems
- Develop tool calling and workflow automation infrastructure
- Design model evaluation and AI quality processes
- Build structured output and reasoning workflows
- Integrate AI services with existing enterprise systems
- Advance prompt engineering and context engineering practices
- Optimize the performance, cost and reliability of AI systems
- Build AI-first products together with the backend and product teams
What we look for
- Strong experience with Python
- Experience building LLM-based systems
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or comparable AI platforms
- Command of RAG, embeddings and vector database architectures
- A strong foundation in API and backend architecture
- Experience developing AI systems that run in production
- System design and problem-solving ability
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI systems
- Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks
- MLOps / LLMOps experience
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing systems
