We are looking for an Industrial Software Engineer to work on factory systems, production operations and industrial software solutions. In this position you will go beyond classic enterprise software and build systems connected directly to the physical world of manufacturing.
What you will do
- Develop software solutions for production and factory systems
- Build integrations with industrial data sources
- Develop data flows between MES, ERP, IoT and operations systems
- Enable the processing of machine and sensor data
- Build production dashboards and monitoring systems
- Shape industrial AI use cases together with the AI teams
- Develop integration between edge and cloud systems
- Take part in factory digitalization projects
What we look for
- Strong experience in backend or systems development
- Advanced knowledge of C#, Python, Java or a comparable language
- Experience with API and system integration
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Command of distributed systems fundamentals
- An interest in working with real-world systems
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OPC UA / MQTT
- Experience with PLC or SCADA systems
- MES / ERP integrations
- Experience with IoT or edge computing
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry
